Can recommend for a couple of nights

Decent room, convenient location, as we had a comfortable stay with easy access to the train station located just across the road and enjoyed the complimentary toiletries provided in the well-sized shower room.

The room had great accessibility features, but the bedding was heavily stained.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy and clean room that exceeded my expectations, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home during our stay. the proximity to beautiful parks like Crystal Palace Park and lovely cafes just a few steps away added so much joy to our weekend strolls around the area.

We had a lovely stay for a night, enjoying the cozy double room which was perfect for our family. Relaxing in the garden area was a treat, especially with the comfortable seating and beautiful flowers around. One minor thing was the room could've used a few more toiletries, but overall it was a great experience. 😊

Free parking was great, but the fire alarm woke us up at 2:35am.

The room was fresh and quiet, providing good temperature control. the buffet breakfast was poorly managed, with limited options and a lack of staff to assist. Despite the decent evening carvery, the limited meat and lukewarm gravy were disappointing. Improved management of breakfast and dining services would enhance the overall experience.

my stay at toby carvery was quite enjoyable. the staff were really pleasant and attentive, which made a great difference. the breakfast was excellent, and having a good bed made for a comfortable night. it's conveniently located right next to a south eastern railway station for easy city access.

the cutlery system was a bit odd.

This place suits me perfectly, with free wi-fi, comfortable rooms, and a great bar/lounge. The staff once gave me a helpful taxi tip too. I’m looking forward to my next city break here!

had an amazin location, super easy to get to london by train. the room was really nice n comfy with good space n a pretty cool bathroom. the english breakfast was buffet style, very convenient for dinner too at decent prices. also loved having tea n coffee in the room, that was a nice touch!

the window wouldn't close all the way and it was a bit drafty. also, the shower pressure was kinda weak and it sprayed everywhere!

The double room we had was bright, clean, and very comfortable for our family. We appreciated the ample space and well-maintained facilities.

It felt a bit mean to have to pay extra for tea and coffee at breakfast, which was otherwise decent.
